What's Your Damage?

They threw my week's worth of printmaking in the bin last year. Bastards. This includes most of the pictures i took in Barcelona.
As it's all I have to show for a wasted week last summer, would i sound smug if i said i thought they were 'Choice'? No? Good. I feel like watching Heathers again...

Huntarian

from a while ago...february or so. The pictures i tok on a disposable were really underexposed but i kind of like that. There was a no photography sign, so it probably just serves me right.

disposable

I have a flickr which i don't actually use since most of my pictures are pretty bad but after not having gone on for a while i think there are some quite nice ones from hackney city farm when the disposable was at the end of it's tether and made some rather lovely marks on the film.

The top one was from the end of a horrible day, pouring with rain all day where our group traipsed around east london moaning. The one under that was from just before the friday crit at cafe otto in dalston and i love how saturated it looks in comparison.

Procrastination

I scanned loads of photos from various disposable cameras onto my computer earlier, a task best kept for when there's a important deadline looming and my room seems to be tidy enough.

They're from an array of nice places (Paris, Barcelona, Brighton) and reminded me how much I love love love the quality that disposible cameras have. The photos above are from Brighton about a year ago.

I love being plesantly surprised by film cameras and, as i'm hardly the best photographer, the wonders of natural light. I also await the first roll of film from my Diana F+; i'm trying to convince myself not to expect too much, largely due to having the dial set to "pinhole" for most of my, potentially nice, pictures. Dayum.
